Cafe2U franchisees celebrating 20 great years in business – could you be next?

Every year has its own theme, and last year’s widely anticipated event held amidst the beautiful surroundings of Wyboston Lakes in Bedford was titled ‘The Seven Habits Of A Successful Franchisee,’ and was a huge success with more than 60 franchisees in attendance.

The seven habits that were discussed in depth were:

• Be proactive
• Begin with the end in mind (have long-term vision)
• Put first things first
• Think win-win (mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers)
• Seek first to understand, then to be understood (including social media)
• Synergise (creative cooperation)
• Sharpen the saw (practise, practise, practise)

The event also saw several key note speakers, and some fascinating workshops and training sessions. It was all about helping Cafe2U franchisees stay at the top of their game!

A look ahead to 2024

This year will be a particularly special event as it marks the 20th anniversary of Cafe2U!

Set in Stratford-upon-Avon, this year’s theme will be none other than ‘To bean or not to bean? That is the question.’ Not just a lighter take on proceedings, but also a celebration of what is at the heart of Cafe2U’s success – really great coffee!

There will be a retrospective on just what has made the franchise so successful for so long, but also a keen eye on the future, as always, with several new suppliers showcasing products being introduced in 2024. There will be more workshops featuring a blend of skill-based discussions and subject-specific topics, aimed once again at enhancing our franchisees’ knowledge and practices.

For everyone attending, this will be the perfect platform to learn, network, celebrate, reflect on their journey thus far and, more importantly, to aim even higher in the future!
